  • Digital products (eBooks, guides, and templates) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at contact@mixingmama.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Upon approval, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receipt.
